Majid
Daftari, at the Petrochemical Industry Day ceremony, underlined the contracts
that PRTC has implemented in the petrochemical industry, adding, "I
thank the Minister of Petroleum who chose this company to visit in the first
months of his ministry. It shows the depth of their attention to research and
technology.”
He
added: "Undoubtedly, paying attention to the field of research and
technology will not be a cost, but an infrastructure investment for the present
and future of the country."
The
CEO of Petrochemical Research and Technology Company stated that 32 industrial
technologies have been localized in the company, and noted: “Eight main
processes and 24 major catalysts of the industry have been internalized by this
company.”
Daftari
stated: “20 catalysts of petrochemical industry have been localized in the
country and this company intends to internalize eight catalysts by 2022 and 12
catalysts by 2023.”
Regarding
the contracts signed in the Petrochemical Research and Technology Company, he
said: "This group has signed 30 contracts worth 5 million Euros, and by
implementing such contracts, the Iranian license (technical knowledge) can be
the driving force for the development of the country's petrochemical
industry."
The
Petrochemical Research and Technology Company (PRTC) signed two contracts with
Tondgouyan as well as Pouya Pajoohesh Bakhtar petrochemical companies and a
memorandum of understanding with Tabriz Petrochemical Company.

Petrochemical Company, Tuesday, in a ceremony commemorating Petrochemical
Industry Day, which was attended by the Minister of Petroleum.
The
third contract for the development of polyethylene terephthalate products with
Shahid Tondgouyan Petrochemical Company, the contract for providing technical
knowhow and commercialization of ethylene oxide catalyst with Pouya Pajoohesh
Bakhtar Company and the Memorandum of Understanding were signed with Tabriz
Petrochemical Company for product development.
On December
28, Iranian Minister of Petroleum Javad Owji visited the Polymer Research
Institute of the Petrochemical Research and Technology Company and attended the
commemoration ceremony of the Petrochemical Industry Day.
