flare gases, highlighting that converting 250 million cubic feet of flared gas
from the Hoveizeh Gas Refinery into usable gas for the national gas network is
a significant achievement.

active in the oil industry has increased from 100 to 500 companies, with the
ministry doing joint projects with these companies.
He emphasized that unemployment is a significant issue in Khuzestan,
and the recruitment of non-native workers should be limited to cases where
there is no native expert in the field.
The president stressed that preventing crude sales in the oil and gas
industry increases production, creates employment, and prospers the industry.
He also announced the collection of all flare gases in the east and
west of Karun as a priority of the Ministry of Petroleum and the government.
Raisi urged serious attention to the allocation of 120,000 billion
Rials in the form of social responsibility projects of the Ministry of Petroleum,
with provincial officials ensuring that the money is spent on the province's
development.
